I'm Korean American for those who ask and I live in South Korea currently. I have an English name but I'd rather go by my given Korean name if I were to become a more professional artist. My name Sena means worldly beauty or grace in Korean.
For my art-style I'd like to describe it as a mix between anime/cartoon styles which is always open to changes in the future. My hand isn't the most steadiest on a tablet so lots of things to practice on.

Today President Park was finally voted out in a unanimous ruling of 234 out of 299 votes to leave her position as madam president. Being exposed to media and having my own Korean friends express their absolute disdain towards Park had me moved. I spent most of my life in America and I know for a fact it would not be easy to impeach a president or protest against a chosen candidate. Yet some how democracy had prevailed in South Korea and I am so proud of this nation.
When the Sewol ferry ship trapped hundreds of poor lives in its vessel President Park was doing her hair for 90 minutes in the moment we needed her most. I was at work listening

Entry v: Deviantart and Tumblr

Hey guys been going back and forth between my DA and Tumblr pages and wanted to let the people who follow me know that I am as free as a bird on tumblr at times. I don't know what it is about DA that makes me more hesitant to show off work on. Since I started both sites about 4 weeks ago around the same time I wanted to show my art progress and meet new people along the way. Been keeping track of people but it's kinda hard when my timezone is much ahead of everyone else's. If anyone is in Asia I'm open to more art friends~
On Tumblr I passed a huge milestone with my art being re-blogged for the 1st time and getting a ton of likes or nice mes

Last week was all about kimjang which is the winter kimchi season. Had to spend 3 days working non stop on it with family and it was really hard backbreaking work. Last Saturday I got to finally see Fantastic Beasts and where to find them which was an amazing movie. I have been a really big fan of Eddie since his work on Les Miserables and his voice touched me to tears. Then I preceded to watch Danish Girl and The Theory of Everything, movies that later became favorites of mine. Overall it was a a good week with family and my love for all things Harry Potter.
